Altousheeh Al-hadeeth group originated from the desire of its members to create new music from the Syrian folklore in particular and the Arabian folklore in general, all without any mutation in or abuse to the soul of its melodies. The band has pledged all Arabian musical forms such as “sama’y – Longa – Bashraf – Tahmila – Takaseem” in addition to all the Arabian singing forms like “Altousheeh – Akaddod – Mawwal”, and it has specialized in general terms in performing stereotypes in folklore rather than trying to modernize it. It is trying to revisit the outdated templates that people are starting to forget.
